Hershey S. Bell, M.D., M.S., FAAFP, is a Senior Consultant for AAL who works extensively in strategic planning, competency-based education, and authentic leadership and management. In this two-hour presentation, Dr. Bell discusses the power of empathy and how we can use it as a conversation of connection to others. Dr. Bell speaks about how empathy can be taught and what it looks like when we use empathy in action.
