Change—whether due to curriculum reform, accreditation updates, shifts in student demographics or broader societal challenges—can significantly impact student success in dental education. Faculty and administrators play a pivotal role in ensuring that students remain engaged, resilient and supported during periods of transition. This workshop will explore strategies to foster stability, adaptability and well-being among students while maintaining academic excellence. Participants will also examine how to navigate change effectively, implement responsive student support systems and cultivate inclusive learning environments that promote success.

Join us for a collaborative presentation with the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) and the American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD).
