Starting as a new faculty member can be challenging and overwhelming. During this free webinar, Drs. Eugenia and Bradley Roberts will discuss how Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine-Arizona onboards new faculty and helps them transition to academia. The speakers will explore how using Dr. John Medina’s “10-minute attention rule” to design interactive videos and develop faculty manuals can effectively onboard faculty.
