Mustafa Radif, B.D.S., RDHAP, M.A., Ed.D. (C)

Assistant Professor

University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry

Mr. Radif is an internationally educated dentist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. He achieved his Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2012, furthered his education with a master’s degree in dental education, and is currently finalizing his Doctoral Program in Innovation and Leadership.

He effectively balances his educational responsibilities with leadership roles in various organizations. As the inaugural president of the Delta Pacific Dental Hygiene Association, past Chair of the Teaching and Learning Special Interest Group in the American Dental Education Association, and a member of the Commission on Dental Competency Assessment (CDCA), Dr. Radif contributes significantly to the dental field. He also sits on the Pacific Dental Association Alumni Boards and Procter & Gamble P&G Advisory Educators Board in U.S and Canada while acting as the CEO of a nonprofit public health organization.

Meixun Sinky Zheng, Ph.D., M.A., M.S. (C)

Associate Professor

University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry

Dr. Zheng is Director of Educational Innovation and Assessment at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. She oversees the school’s portfolio of learning innovation and educational outcome data at the school, provides consultation and training to faculty on course design, and has been mentoring dental faculty and students on educational scholarship.  

Dr. Zheng has a Ph.D. in Education, with a concentration on learning sciences and technology.  She has 14 years of experience teaching online and blended courses in educational methodologies and program evaluation to undergraduates, graduates, and higher education faculty. Her research interest lies in online and digital learning, learning analytics, educational data science, assessment, and faculty development. Dr. Zheng’s research has resulted in 26 peer-reviewed publications in dental education, medical education, and educational technology journals. She has also presented regularly at national conferences.
