This inaugural session of The Pulse of Progress: Legacy Builders in Oral Health series explores the entrepreneurial journeys of four dynamic oral health professionals who have built successful practices and platforms while navigating challenges tied to underrepresentation. Attendees will gain strategies for applying entrepreneurial skills—like financial management, innovation and organizational leadership—to academic roles, while also exploring how identity and access shape career pathways and impact the future of oral health.
